ICPE Germany has its mission centre in the
Black Forest of Germany, in a touristic area called Allerheiligen
(All Saints). Along with its natural beauty, there are also the
historical ruins of the Norbertine Monastery, home to the first
inhabitants here 800 years ago.
In 1990, the Church buildings were given for
use to the ICPE Mission by Caritas, from the Diocese of Mainz.
These include a chapel, a hall and three houses. On 1st November,
2000, ICPE Mission became the official owner of Allerheiligen.
The ICPE German mission centre has its focus
in reaching out to the German speaking countries. Nevertheless,
the mission centre conducts various programmes and seminars on
an international level, within the centre as well as in other
countries. Life in the Mission Centre is bilingual (German & English).
ICPE Allerheiligen is home to several ministries
such as Creative Communication Ministry, St. Andrew School, and
the Pastoral Care School. Allerheiligen regularly runs Schools
of Missions.
ICPE Allerheiligen offers tailor-made programmes
to groups, in the Mission Centre itself or on the surrounding
grounds, and groups can use the facilities to run their own programmes.
Individuals can come for a personal retreat to receive prayer
counselling, to get to know the community or just to have a holiday.
