ICPE Indonesia is located in Jakarta, the
capital city of Indonesia. Jakarta with its 8.8 million inhabitants
is currently the world's eleventh largest city, and only about
4 percent of the population are Catholic, the large majority
being Muslim.
The vision of ICPE Indonesia is to raise
up many disciples and leaders to labour for this nation which
has a population of more than 200 million people spread out over
more than 12,000 islands. This vision is constantly being backed
up by prayer from all the members of the community.
ICPE Indonesia runs several ministries in
conjunction with the Community of God's Holy Family, the local
community of the Glory of God International Covenant Community.
A mission team has regularly been going to the jungles of Borneo
to bring the gospel as well as practical help to people living
in extremely simple conditions.
