Initiatives are apostolic works initiated by the ICPE Mission or members thereof, and run in collaboration with other organisations or individuals.
One way in which we seek to make the Gospel relevant is by creatively using contemporary means, language and expression to communicate the Good News such as through Millennium Films.
Yet another way is by developing various projects and relief ministries to the poor and the underprivileged. Such is the scope of HopeXchange, the international humanitarian organisation of the ICPE Mission. In the words of St. Gregory the Great, more than performing works of mercy through this initiative, we see ourselves as ‘paying a debt of justice’.
The use of contemporary terminology and concepts to share Christ with the young generation is indispensable. This is one of the challenges that Firebrandz, an initiative of the ICPE Mission, has taken on as it regularly brings together young people for evangelistic Festivals over different continents.
We invite you to read more in detail about each of these initiatives in the drop-down menu.
The Lord Jesus, before ascending into heaven, commanded his disciples to proclaim the Gospel to the whole world and to baptize all nations….The Church's universal mission is born from the command of Jesus Christ and is fulfilled in the course of the centuries in the proclamation of the mystery of God, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, and the mystery of the incarnation of the Son, as saving event for all humanity.
