“Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men.”
Jesus Christ may be saying to you what He once said to Simon Peter and to Andrew at the lakeside:
“Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men” (Matthew 4:19)
What is your response? Will you reply as Isaiah did:
“Here am I, Lord! I am ready! Send me!” (Isaiah 6:8)
The Institute for World Evangelisation - ICPE Mission, gives you the opportunity to respond to God’s call in your life to live out the missionary vocation.
You can join us as we seek to know Christ and make Him known! You can become a part of an international community that strives to spread the Good News and manifest God’s love to the ends of the earth.
There are different ways how you can join us:
| The communal lifestyle we live in the various Mission Centres or households is intrinsic to God's call and invitation to come together as a people, to know Him and to make Him known.
Formation is given to those who express their desire to become an ICPE residential community member. For more information on our life in community as full-time missionaries, please click here. |
| “Above all, each member of the lay faithful should always be fully aware of being a "member of the Church" yet entrusted with a unique task which cannot be done by another and which is to be fulfilled for the good of all. …Such an apostolate is useful at all times and places, but in certain circumstances it is the only one available and feasible". CFL n.28 |
| The Companions of the ICPE Mission are members of the ICPE Mission living the ICPE charism of Worship and Evangelisation in the heart of society and in the parish wherever they live, hence, carrying out their apostolate in their environment.

The Friends of the ICPE Mission “members at heart” informally linked to the ICPE Mission yet sharing in the same passion and spirit of the ICPE Mission to make Christ known and loved wherever they live. | Some few years ago, with ICPE Mission growing and expanding in many countries, it was a desire in the hearts of the founders Anna and Mario, to have priests who share the same spirituality and to be an integral part of the community. The vision and prayer on their hearts was for priests who were also ICPE missionaries, supporting the community in all its liturgical requirements and traveling with mission teams to different parts of the world.
Since then, in 2010 the first ICPE missionary priest was ordained and currently, two seminaries are in the process of finishing their theological formation. Plans are underway for the Priests of the ICPE Mission to form a Society for Apostolic Life serving the Church and the ICPE Mission. |
| Our missionary work provides ample opportunities for volunteer work. Whether you have one month or several, you too can make a difference with those who are waiting to receive the love of Christ.

| The Community Experience is the next step of ‘Initiation’ after the School of Mission for those who are discerning God’s vocation for their lives as part of the ICPE Mission. It enables a person to experience life as an ICPE missionary, its joys and challenges.
The duration of this experience is between six months to a year. This allows for sufficient time of exposure to the spiritual, communal and apostolic lifestyle on a Mission Centre. Together with this, on Community Experience, time is dedicated for formation and study on the Spirituality of the ICPE Mission, Community life, Discernment and Evangelisation. The next stage after Community Experience, is a more formal type of formation for those who have discerned their vocation as a full-time missionary. |
